OFFICER POSITIONS

Business Center Positions

1. Business Development Managers-RBG/Region Managers-RBG/Region Managers-RBG/Region Managers-RBG/Region C, D, E & Head Office

•  Must be graduates of any business-related course

•  Must have at least 5 years supervisory experience preferably in sales and marketing

•  Able to manage and increase branch •account portfolio

•  Aware of bank operations and basic monetary policies

•  Ability to work independently in a high pressure environment

2. Business Center Managers - RBG/Molino, San Jose Batangas City, Malolos, San Mateo, Carmen, Zamboanga BCs

•  Must be graduates of any business-related course

• Must have 3-5 years related banking experience in aggressive account generation••generationgeneration

•  Must attain the business center’s target financial volume through deepening of existing accounts and acquisitions

3 . Senior Personal Bankers-RBG/Lingayen-Pangasinan, San Mateo, Zamboanga BCs

•  Will service account opening requirements and maintenance while ensuring compliance with the bank’s regulatory policies

•  Will also be in charge of providing support to the Business Center Manager in generating, maintaining and expanding client relationships through in-house selling

•  Must be a graduate of a business related course

•  Must have very good communication skills

•  Must have 2-3 years experience in the same capacity and in a banking industry

4 . Customer Service Heads -OG/Lingayen-Pangasinan, San Jose-Batangas, Alaminos, Zamboanga BCs

•  Must be graduates of any business-related course, preferably Accounting; CPA license an advantage

•  Must have at least 3 years experience in the same field and capacity

•  Will be responsible for developing, managing, executing, monitoring, and implementing service strategies while ensuring compliance to internal and regulatory policies and procedures

Head Office Positions

1. Credit Evaluation Officer - CPCRMG / Credit Management

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, preferably Accountancy

•  With experience in Credit financial analysis

•  Knows the banking business, its operations, policies and procedures

•  With good communication and reporting skills

2. Credit Policy Officer - CPCMG / Credit Management

•  Any business course, preferably Accountancy

•  With experience in credit financial analysis/policy review

•  Knows the banking business, its operations, policies and procedures

•  With good communications and reporting skills

3. Budget Analyst-CPCMG/Corplan

•  Must be a graduate of any business course; preferably Accounting

•  With experience in financial analysis

•  Knows the banking business, its operations, policies and procedures

•  With good communication and writing skills

4. Product profitability Head-CPCMG/Corplan

•  At least 3 years supervisory or managerial experience

•  With solid background in profitability studies and analyses and/or project-related activities.

•  Responsibility includes accountability for the analysis, evaluation and recommendation bank’s product and services.

5. Product profitability Analyst-CPCMG/Corplan

•  College Graduate in Business/Accountancy/Economics/Finance/Mathematics/Statistics

•  Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in finance/accounting/corplan

•  Highly analytical; Very good oral and written (reporting/presentation) skills.

6. Operation Risk Officer-CPCMG/Corplan

•  Must be a graduate of any business course or Mathematics/Statistics; MBA an advantage

•  Must have at least 3 years banking experience, with specialization in risk management, operations, methods & procedures

•  Must be familiar with the bank’s policies and procedures as well as government regulations 

•  With very good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Junior Trader-CPCMG/Office office of the Group Head

•  Must be a graduate of any business-related course

•  3 to 5 years work experience in banking

•  Background in financial analysis

•  Keen to details (Internal and External Policies)

•  Can work with minimum supervision

•  Can cope with a stressful work environment

8. Account Officer-CLG/Housing Loans & Tagbiliran Lending Desk

•  Must be graduates of any business-related course

•  Must have very good communication/presentation/negotiation skills

•  Must have 2-3 years experience/strong background in account solicitation of housing loans

•  Keen to details (Internal and External Policies)

•  Must be willing to do field work

Note: The Account Officer candidates must also be familiar with loan documentation, credit evaluation and portfolio management.

9. Programmer Programmer Analysts-OG/OSD

•  Must be a graduate of an IT related course

•  Must have very good communication skills

•  Preferably not more than 30 years old

•  Must have experience in the same field and capacity

•  Must have extensive knowledge in Web Development & Deployment, ASP. Net and Visual Studio. Net programs

10. Area Heads-OG/IMD - Application Systems Dept.

•  Graduate of any IT – related course

•  At least 3 years supervisory experience in information planning, system applications design, analysis, development and maintenance work involving major mainframe systems or pc systems

•  Relevant exposure to banking operations

11. Department Head-OG/IMD - Production Systems Dept.

•  Graduate of any IT – related course

•  At least 3 years managerial experience in data control, computer operations & production processing

•  Familiarity with tape management system

•  Relevant exposure to banking operations

12. Trust Marketing  Officer-EO/Trust

•  Graduate of any business course

•  Knowledgeable of Trust products and services and investment functions of the bank.

•  Must also have knowledge of the financial markets – stock market operations, treasury operations and government securities dealing system.

•  At least 3 years experience in Trust Marketing or in any marketing field, preferably with 1-2 years experience in Branch Banking.

 

NON-OFFICER POSITIONS

Business Center Positions

1. •  Must be graduates of business related courses

•  Must have very good communication and interpersonal skills

•  Must not be more than 28 years old

•  Must provide competent, timely and error-free service to customers

2. Personal Bankers (New Accounts Clerk) - RBG/Meycauayan, Taft Remedios, Ayala, Las Pinas, Ft. Bonifacio, Pasong Tamo,San Mateo, Baguio, GMA-Cavite, Noveleta, Lipa, Lemery, San Jose-Batangas, Alaminos, Lingayen-Pangasinan, VISMIN Areas : Velez, Zamboanga BCs

•  Must be college graduates; Preferably with units in accounting

•  Must have very good communication and interpersonal skills

•  Must not be more than 28 years old

•  Will service account opening requirements and maintenance

•  Must support the BCM’s volume objectives through cross selling

Head Office Position

1. Field CI-CPCMG/Appraisal & Investigation Dept.

•  Must be a graduate of any course; preferably with units in Accounting

•  Must have good communication skills

•  Must be willing to do field work 

•  Must know how to drive a motor cycle

•  Must have a driver's license

•  Must be familiar with various areas in Metro Manila (South Area)

2. RE Appraisers- CPCMG/Appraisal & Investigation Dept.

•  Must be graduates of any course; preferably with units in Accounting

•  Must have good communication skills

•  Must be willing to do field work

•  With knowledge in appraising real estate properties 

3. Trading Assistant-CPCMG/Office of the Group Head

•  Must be a graduate of any business-related course

•  2 to 3 years work experience in banking

•  Can work with minimum supervision  

•  Can cope with a stressful work environment    

4. CI/Appraiser-CLG/Tagbilaran Lending Desk- For manpower pooling only

•  Must be a graduate of any course; preferably with units in Accounting

•  Must have good communication skills

•  Must be willing to do field work 

•  Must know how to drive a motor cyclek

•  Must have a driver's license

•  Must be familiar with various areas in Tagbilaran

•  Preferably with knowledge in appraisal

5. Loan Closing Assistant-CLG/Loan Closing Dept.

•  Must be a graduate of any business related courses

•  Preferably with experience in loan transactions

•  Computer literate
