If my balance falls below the MTD-ADB what happens to my raffle entries?
The raffle entries awarded will be automatically revoked until such time that the MTD-ADB increases, at least for the minimum of P10,000, then it shall automatically earn its corresponding number of raffle entries.
If I win in the current monthly draw, am I still qualified to win in the next monthly draw or other succeeding draws?
A monthly raffle draw winner may only win once and may no longer win in succeeding monthly raffle draws. However raffle entries earned throughout the promo period are still qualified for the Grand Raffle draw provided account is maintained and/or loan account does not incur missed amortizations.

If I incur missed amortization on my loan, what happens to my raffle entries?
The raffle entries are permanently revoked and account is permanently disqualified from the promo.
If I am able to settle my past due amortizations within the promo period, will my raffle entries be credited back and qualifies me for the promo again?
No the account is permanently disqualified if it has incurred any missed amortization.
Where do I check my raffle entries earned for a particular raffle month?
For Deposit Accounts - you may inquire your number of entries earned at your branch of account For Loan Accounts – you may contact your loan officer or the Consumer Lending Center your loan was booked.
Is the amount of deposit in my existing account prior to promo period qualified?
No it is not included in the computation of raffle entries. Only the deposited funds over the previous balance as of June 30, 2009 which is made within the promo period is qualified to earn raffle entries.
Can I extract funds from my existing account and open a new account within the promo period and make it qualify for the promo?
No, only fresh funds from other sources other than an existing RCBC Savings Bank account will be qualified.
If I avail of a loan and opened an RSB account to facilitate its payment, do I get to participate in both raffle draws?
Yes, depending on the amount of the loan and amount of deposit that will be the basis for your number of raffle entries earned. Also, if you availed of a loan and opened an RSB account you get One (1) additional raffle entry credited to your loan account.
If my name gets drawn twice in a monthly draw, do I get both prizes?
A winner’s name who gets drawn twice will receive only one prize and it is the prize with the highest value.
Can I convert my prize into cash?
Prizes cannot be converted into cash. However it may be transferable by submitting a letter of intent presented with your valid ID to facilitate transfer.
Will taxes be deducted from the winner’s earnings?
Taxes will not be deducted from the prizes awarded. RSB will shoulder its taxation.
For the grand prize, will RSB shoulder its taxes and the vehicle’s registration?
The taxes will be borne by RSB but the registration of the vehicle will be shouldered by the winner and any transfer process that he wish to accomplish.
If I did not win in the current raffle month, what happens to my raffle entries?
It will be carried over to the next raffle month provided deposit account is maintained and no missed amortizations are missed, therefore you still have a chance to win in the succeeding monthly draw.
