SME Loan
PRODUCT FEATURES
A short to medium term secured loan facility for small and medium enterprises to address business financing requirements such as additional working capital or for business expansion. RCBC Savings Bank's My Biz loan facilities include: Credit Line, Accounts Receivable Purchase Line, Term Loan and Domestic Standby Letters of Credit

CREDIT LINE & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE PURCHASE LINE
Credit Line
· A revolving credit facility through short-term Promissory Notes covered by bank approved collaterals.
Accounts Receivable Purchase Line
· A revolving credit available through:1) purchase of trade receivables on with recourse basis; or 2) through Promissory Notes against assignment of the aforementioned receivables/checks

Features
· Minimum line amount of Php1.0 Million expiring one year from date of implementation, subject to renewal
· Interest at prevailing lending rate at time of availment, with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual repricing periods
· Interest paid monthly in arrears, principal paid on or before maturity
· Mode of payment primarily via Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) from any CASA account maintained with RCBC Savings Bank
· Secured by any prime residential/ commercial / industrial property with or without improvement; Deposit Placements; Chattel Mortgage on machinery, equipment and inventory; Joint and Several Signatures of principal officers or Continuing Suretyship Agreement, Bonds, Stocks, Shares
· Loanable amount at 60% of appraised value (AV) for Real Estate Mortgage and 1:1 for placements

 

DOMESTIC STANDBY LETTERS OF CREDIT
Domestic Standby Letters of Credit
· A Bank Certification confirming the availability of a credit line that can be drawn by client's beneficiary in a trade or service transaction
Features

· Minimum amount of Php1.0 Million with maximum term of up to 360 days
· Available via issuance of Domestic Standby Letter of Credit Certification to assigned beneficiary
· Issuance Fee amounting to minimum of P2,000 or 1/8 of 1% of certificate's amount times the number of months that the certificate will be valid
· Secured by any prime residential/ commercial / industrial property with or without improvement; Deposit Placements; Chattel Mortgage on machinery, equipment and inventory; Joint and Several Signatures of principal officers or Continuing Suretyship Agreement, Bonds, Stocks, Shares
· Loanable amount at 60% of appraised value (AV) for Real Estate Mortgage and 1:1 for placements


TERM LOAN
Term Loan

·A short to medium term secured loan facility used to finance business expansion, acquire fixed assets, construct or renovate building or improvement, acquire new machinery or equipment

Features
· Minimum loan amount of Php1.0 Million with a minimum term of 1 year and maximum of 7 years (in exceptional cases, longer term)
· Interest at prevailing lending rate at time of availment, with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual repricing periods
· Lump sum release or staggered basis for construction loans. Releases of construction loans shall be based on progress completion.
· Monthly or quarterly amortization (Principal and Interest) until account is fully paid. For construction loans, construction period must not exceed one year. Repayment will start 1 month from drawdown date or with grace period on principal payment (payment of interest only during construction period) at most 1 year from first release. Conditions depending on approval
· Mode of payment primarily via Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) from any CASA account maintained with RCBC Savings Bank
· Secured by any prime residential/ commercial / industrial property with or without improvement; Deposit Placements
· Loanable amount at 60% of appraised value (AV) for REM and 1:1 for placements

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

· Accomplished Application Form

· Business Documents
    - For Sole Proprietorships - Latest and unexpired DTI Registration
    - For Corporations - SEC Registration, Articles and By-Laws, Latest General Information Sheet, Company Profile, latest list of all officers and stockholders with corresponding shareholdings, Brief resume of principal owners and/or key officers, Business Permits, Accreditations, Memberships, Certificates, or Licenses if applicable

· Income Documents
    - BIR stamped ITR for the past three (3) consecutive years
    - BIR stamped Audited Financial Statements for the past thee (3) consecutive years reflecting net income   

· Trade References    
    - List of all major suppliers with contact persons and contact details
    - List of all major customers with contact persons and contact details

· Collateral Documents
    - Photocopy of the TCT / CCT / CTD (all pages)
    - Photocopy of Tax Declaration
    - Photocopy of Tax Clearance
    - Photocopy of Real Estate Tax Receipts
    - Vicinity Map of the property's location
    - Photocopy of Certificate of Time Deposit if loan will be secured by Time Deposits

· Personal Documents
    - Clear and readable photocopies of two (2) Government Issued Identification Cards, with photo and signature (e.g. license, passport, SSS / GSIS, TIN, voter's ID)
    - Marriage Certificate for married individuals

· Other Supporting Documents  
    - Photocopy of Passbook of all major depository banks for the latest six (6) months prior to date of application (must not be Automatic Transfer Accounts)
    - Credit Card Bills of applicants for the past three months with proofs of payment
    - Utility Bills of the business for the past three months, with proofs of payment
